This policy explains delivery, returns and refunds for orders placed with Westward Draw.
Delivery area and charges
Available destinations, methods and final charges are shown at checkout. For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $14.99 and shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is over $39.
Processing and estimates
Checkout and the dispatch message show the current estimate. Carrier, customs or weather delays may occur, so an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Returns and order issues
Contact us before returning an item. Eligibility depends on condition, product type, time since delivery and rights that apply by law. Report incorrect or damaged items promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after review. Bank or card processing times may vary.
