Description
The Alexander Brut captivates with lively aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, and toasted brioche. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant mousse that transitions into notes of green apple and lemon cream, culminating in a mineral finish that is dry and impeccably balanced. This sparkling wine enchants with alluring biscuit undertones, merging citrus freshness with invigorating mineral acidity, making it a delightful wine with structure and length. Crafted as a Cap Classique, it undergoes bottle fermentation and matures on the lees for 16 months before disgorgement. The barrel fermentation adds complexity, while the absence of malolactic fermentation preserves its refreshing character.
