Description
The domaine’s Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is made mostly in stainless steel with some old oak. This is a flinty white with characters of river pebbles, lemon and white blossom. On the palate it has crisp, refreshing acidity and a light body. There is some lovely green-apple fruit making this a very crisp and refreshing expression.Berry Bros. & Rudd (October 2025)
