Isabel Estate is located in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand, and benefits from plenty of intense sunshine and an overall cool temperature. This makes for ripe grapes with high acidity and wonderfully intense wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is a beautifully aromatic example, yet it manages to be manageable, with an elegance not always found in this part of the world. The fresh acidity makes this a versatile food wine, ideally suited to fish dishes, poultry or creamy goat’s cheese.Pair with fresh seafood, Thai or Vietnamese dishes and fresh green vegetables.
