Description
We work with Frankland Estate to produce our Own Selection Australian Chardonnay. The estate is based in Frankland River, a cool-climate region 200km inland from Western Australia’s South-West Coast, renowned for producing some of the country’s finest wines. This was made with 100% Chardonnay and was produced organically, with dry farming techniques. Pair with herbed chicken, creamy egg-based pastas and vegetable risottos.
