Our New Zealand Pinot Noir is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir on the limestone-rich hillsides of Waipara Valley, North Canterbury. We’ve worked with winemaker Dom Maxwell on this since 2014, and are proud with the result: a standout New Zealand red, that embodies the aromatic character and fine structure you’d expect of a wine from this region.Pair with pan-fried duck, roasted pork and mushroom-based dishes like pasta and risotto.
