Description
This wine comes from 0.5 hectares of purchased grapes on the Chassagne-Montrachet side of Santenay (though Arnaud Baillot bought the parcel for the 2024 vintage). It has a pleasant leesy character and an iodine note. There is a slightly exotic fruit note and a hint of grilled reduction. On the palate it is tangy, citrussy and fresh, with bright, lively acidity and gentle hints of oak.
