Description
The Avize is a new cuvée in the range, which focuses on vineyards located in the western part of Avize. Vineyards here get the morning sun, hence the name “Levant”. This extra sun exposure means that grapes are harvested later than others, bringing softer notes of quince and pear to a precise palate of grapefruit, green apple bitterness and freshness.Berry Bros. & Rudd
