Description
Incredible tension from the start. Notes of lychee, white pepper and quince. This is bone dry with racing acidity. The body gives way to slightly more body than I was anticipating. Here, the more herbal vegetal components come into play. The racing acidity is a theme throughout. A crescendo of acidity and citrus fruit on a very long and fresh finish. This will develop well with a couple of years of cellaring.Luke Dowdy, Account Manager, Berry Bros. & Rudd
