Description
Sebastien Dampt’s Petit Chablis is a textbook example of this mineral style of white Burgundy. It is made entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness, while the vines are particularly well-sited, next to Premier Cru plots. Around two-thirds of the fruit comes from a parcel above Montée de Tonnerre, with the rest from a plot above Les Beugnons. It is wonderfully fresh and energetic, with concentrated citrus and orchard fruits and an invigorating, steely finish. This is the perfect summer aperitif or an ideal partner to seafood and salads.
