Description
Arnaud Baillot is a young winemaker based in Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. As both owner and winemaker, he has been working with lutte raisonnée (an approach to sustainable viticulture using minimal chemical inputs) since 2014. He supplements his domaine holdings with judicious grape purchases. Nervy and with loads of tension, this is a serious example of what entry-level Bourgogne can offer.
